At Soteria, we’re tackling one of the most critical challenges in the Energy Sector: predicting and mitigating downtime. In the solar industry alone, inverter failures—the leading cause of downtime—cost $50 million annually, with no advanced warning systems currently in place. Asset managers are left to react only after a failure occurs, leading to significant losses in revenue, inefficiencies, and a reduction in renewable energy production. Soteria is stepping in to revolutionize this space by aggregating disparate data sources to create a unified, predictive analytics platform that empowers proactive decision-making.

With the global Solar Power Market projected to reach $374 billion (USD) by 2029, the opportunity is vast, and Soteria is uniquely positioned to lead the charge. We are already collaborating with two private equity-backed solar energy companies, each valued at over $1 billion, as key design and innovation partners. By joining our team as Head of Engineering, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving a solution that not only addresses a critical pain point in the industry but also shapes the future of renewable energy on a global scale.
